"I Should Follow"

This Sunday when I was in a Railway Station,I suddenly felt like moving through the tracks to the opposite platform. If I was in kerala,I would have surely done that. But I had second thoughts on this because nearly 20 people have been jailed for a maximum of 15 days for a simple crime. So after that instant reply from my inner self not to cross through tracks,I had a thought about how we consider laws which define our pattern of life in a civilized society.
Most of us believe that laws are for some 'notorious' people and not for us.If we compare the constitution with our day to day activities each of us will be astonished to see that we are the greatest law breakers on earth. Some times we are not aware and at other times we Intentionally try to overlook it.In my case,I tried to overlook it,but something forced me to retreat. That is what is called strict Implementation and that will be absent in kerala to deter me from that act.

Same is the case with other day to day activities such as Bribing,Showing less Income for less tax etc.We may think it's not serious, but that's surely not the way to proceed.

We may have enough money to bribe some one for our job to be done.Suppose a poor man goes to the same person and the official will expect the same from that person also and he will return empty handed.

Or Suppose we saved a tax of 1000rs. and we wasted food amounting to 30rs/day that will add up to 1000 per month. If Government had got that money ,they would have used it to provide subsidized food to atleast one person. Many of us don't know,a good percentage of brothers dream to eat food atleast once a day.I have seen people eating food from waste bins.We hate to even walk by the side of it.When I said this to my friend from mumbai,he told me we can even see people eating dead mouse here.So food from waste Bin is a 'bit more hygenic'.

So the bottom line is laws are written to be Implemented, however less Important it seems,it has a meaning and purpose
