Judicial Non sense

"Babri Masjid Demolition was done by VHP,Bajrangdal and other like minded organisations with the support of BJP which acted as a Democratic Face of the Religious Exremism.Vajpayee,Advani are ofcourse psuedo moderates who knew everything."

The value of these 2 sentences is 9 crores and 17 years!!!

Time and money are the resources which are not to be wasted. But a sad fact is that Our judiciary is equally wrong as politicians in wasting the money of Exchequer.

Every one knows that Kasab and party Brutally killed 166 people in mumbai.
Still a trial is being conducted spending huge amount of money and everyday 31 lakh is spend for his security,If I am not wrong.

Trials are like Drama's where everyone knows the truth but something is done in the name of something.

Its high time we stop this nonsense.

If we replace judiciary with something that is logical,we can spend the extra money for giving food to 40% of people who live under proverty line

"Enjoy the work you do and do the best you can!".

Sachin Tendulkar once said " I will continue to play as long as I enjoy the game".

Same thing is true for all Careers ,I guess. We all can take cue from sachin's success and many others.

The most important thing in life is choosing a profession which you can enjoy or enjoying the profession you are in.When work is an obligation for you, satisfication is the thing which always eludes you.

Today I am completing my one year in Professional life and I came across many people within this short span of time.A good percentage of them are looking forward to weekends. If we can enjoy our work,5 days from monday to friday will be the fastest in our life.

I always felt laughing when trainees like me saying "Hey,its 9 hours already,I came at 10 in the morning, why should I stay this much?".This may be for the first time that he is staying 10 hours in office. On all other days he may have come late and gone early. Then he wont think "Oh I came late today, its only 5 hours should I stay 4 more hours?".Or when the company gives 1000 more on account of good profits which may have come because some people have worked overnight,he is more than ready to accept it.He won't ask "My package is Rs.x,why are you giving x+1?"But he will defnitely question if the work hours become x+1 atleast for one day.

From a trainee's perspective,he is getting a good platform to make up himself to be a professional. Its understable if you say its already 9 hours ,if you are an expert and its not urgent for you to stay. But a trainee has to devote himself because he has so much to learn and speaking about Exploitation at such a premature stage of career is something not good for himself only.

IT professional speaking about Exploitation sitting in AC room with free coffee from vendor machine and infront of PC would do well to see those people who are working on the road side under hot sun and paying 3 rs. for the tea which forms a significant percentage of that day's salary.

So come on Folks "Enjoy the work you do and do the best you can!".You can also make and break records if you enjoy the work like sachin do.

An Eccentric Love Story

Water drop was falling down the leaves as if that plant was shedding tears. That was a cool morning, not so cool to reduce the temperature of tears falling down his cheeks.memories about her was pushing the tear drops so hard that it went down so fast.Last June,in that drizzle-the first drops of water after a very hectic summer-as always I forgot my umbrella and as always she brought one and we went together to that park--Green park and blue umbrella.I was in a white shirt and blue jeans and she was in violet churidar.

Then came a loud Noise

"So this is the thing which we are going to shoot, there are two scenes.

In the first one hero will be sitting in a park in the morning (as though he came there for exercise). He is sitting with a desperate face(but face is not clear).Camera should be placed at the right side and the frame should cover all those trees which are shedding leaves.

In the second one(a kind of flashback),hero and heroine (dressed as above) are sitting and camera is placed behind them and frame includes all that colourful shrubs with cute colours.Oh I forgot,Dont forget make to arrangements for artificial drizzle. They should sit together under one umbrella"

Director finished explaining.

Okays,What do you guys think now?

A boy was in love with a girl, somehow they got separated and now he is sitting at the meeting place alone and weeping.

No,our Director is having different Ideas, after the second scene which is a mute showing of romance, its back to the continuation of first scene.

Guy will stand up from sitting posture and says

"you all thought I had a break up with my girl friend.I never had a girl friend."

Hey Hero,You are making us mad, then who is that girl?Or I should ask the Director?

Where is he?By the way you look like that director only,is it you?

"yes,its me only,I tried to create a love story for me.It had Drizzles,Rose flowers,Green Parks,Sandy Beaches,Post Paid Mobile connections....everything but she,she never came."

He continued

"I never saw her face.Is it because I always placed the camera behind us?."

People started looking each other as though they were saying Love is madness.

He was saying all in big voice as though he were in a wild Dream.

In actual,he was standing in that park with all those people around him laughing but not that girl in violet churidhar.

Even God felt so sad about him that, there started a drizzle and it got heavier.

She took her blue umbrella and she couldn't come out of her temptation and ran towards him to shield him from that rain and he got so happy by someone's shelter that he hugged her and she was not at all shocked but was longing for one.

As people looked on they moved away with those colourful shrubs with beautiful flowers wishing them all the best. Now its only a drizzle, but they were walking together under that blue umbrella, with a tiny drop falling down the umbrella through the leaves to the ground, but this time not out of despair.

love Religion marriage...why religion in between love and marriage?

When a hindu kills a muslim,it becomes a communal hatred and people will start killing each other till a sufficient people loose their precious life.Generally when we write the above sentence,we tend to write 'people from both the communities',even I was tempted to.Let me ask you all, why?.we all are eating the same kind of food,we all have a father and mother,we all cry, smile and laugh. There is no difference in the way people do all these, even if we consider people from all the religions and castes in the world.Even then,we are made to believe that, people from other religions are different.

Okay,You people follow it.Then when a hindu loves and weds muslim, why can't you people follow that also?when somebody kills your fellow being, you are going and killing him.when somebody loves someone, then you should reciprocate rather than taking revenge. The Basic principle of all religions is to spread love.Religion should not be used as an instrument to oppose love.Suppose If my friend, who is a Hindu loves a Muslim,he can't marry her just because she is from a different religion. That too because of convention.

We can't forget that sathi was also a convention.when Raja Ram Mohan Roy stopped it,he was a stupid in the eyes of ordinary people like us in those years. But we consider Raj mohan Roy as a hero and not those ordinary people and not even those innoscent women who were made to end their lives.

Conventions are meant to be broken, love is something invisible which jumps across all the man made boundaries of religions. When people from different religions marry,we need not say they are great, but atleast we should keep our mouths shut.Because in some cases even parents support the marriage, only thing they fear is the society which is formed by me and you.

"I Should Follow"

This Sunday when I was in a Railway Station,I suddenly felt like moving through the tracks to the opposite platform. If I was in kerala,I would have surely done that. But I had second thoughts on this because nearly 20 people have been jailed for a maximum of 15 days for a simple crime. So after that instant reply from my inner self not to cross through tracks,I had a thought about how we consider laws which define our pattern of life in a civilized society.
Most of us believe that laws are for some 'notorious' people and not for us.If we compare the constitution with our day to day activities each of us will be astonished to see that we are the greatest law breakers on earth. Some times we are not aware and at other times we Intentionally try to overlook it.In my case,I tried to overlook it,but something forced me to retreat. That is what is called strict Implementation and that will be absent in kerala to deter me from that act.

Same is the case with other day to day activities such as Bribing,Showing less Income for less tax etc.We may think it's not serious, but that's surely not the way to proceed.

We may have enough money to bribe some one for our job to be done.Suppose a poor man goes to the same person and the official will expect the same from that person also and he will return empty handed.

Or Suppose we saved a tax of 1000rs. and we wasted food amounting to 30rs/day that will add up to 1000 per month. If Government had got that money ,they would have used it to provide subsidized food to atleast one person. Many of us don't know,a good percentage of brothers dream to eat food atleast once a day.I have seen people eating food from waste bins.We hate to even walk by the side of it.When I said this to my friend from mumbai,he told me we can even see people eating dead mouse here.So food from waste Bin is a 'bit more hygenic'.

So the bottom line is laws are written to be Implemented, however less Important it seems,it has a meaning and purpose

"A Successful Failure"

Rahul is going to propose a girl and he knows her for last two weeks.
The chances of getting an "YES" are slim ,if at all any chance.

No one is going to play a game where it is 100% sure that he is the loser.

In the eyes of many rahul may be a loser, but for him winning criteria is different.
For others, success may be a "yes",but for him that is miles beyond his version of success.

He decided to do it over phone, even though they meet everyday now.

Before calling her,he planned a script.

That was like this...

(screenplay)
Rahul(hearing tring tring on phone)
swati:hello
Rahul:hello,I need to tell u one thing
swati:yea,rahul...
rahul(in broken voice):swati...I...I love you and I would like to marry you...
swati:....,..........,.......
rahul:hello..
swati:.........

After 2 minutes of silence, she will disconnect the phone

This was rahul's script one hour before the call

And the real moment comes now...Rahul is going to fit himself into the role.

yes....
Rahul(waiting the call to be picked up)
swati:hello
rahul:hello....swati..I need to know my brother's exam results..here we don't have any net connection ..can you check it there and I will call you after 1 hour If you can tell me then
....
and one more serious thing is there..
swati:okay fine...and wats dat?
rahul:I will tell you after 1 hour
swati:no you should tell it now.....
rahul:no i will tell after 1 hour

and immediately disconnects the phone..

Rahul(thinking to himself)....Entire deviation from script...
Brother's Exam results???He got it 1 hour before....you stupid!!!!

(After 1 hour)

Rahul again calling
Swati:hello
Rahul:hello
swati:your brother passed with distinction
rahul:oh...(he was not thinking anything about that then)
swati........one serious thing,i am going to tell now
swait:ya tell me
rahul:hmm.......hmm..I...I...I
swati:!!!!!
rahul:I..I...decided to propose you..(he told in one breath and now expecting utter silence of denial)
swati:(almost at double speed)...No!!!!!
rahul:why?(now entirely out of script and rahul is not sure why did he ask that 'why' when he knows it 100%)
swati:problem is actually not with you...
rahul:Not with me??(asking to himself....really?)
swati:ya...problem is that I don't like you..
rahul:(couldn't stop laughing, but made sure she didn't hear)..

There ends the drama...

At the end Rahul says to himself:"May be that openness of mind to say it so explicitly that 'I dont like you' is something that attracted me to her."

So its a win-win situation for both...

Rahul got more than silence, which was the thing he was expecting and he got the satisfaction of expressing what he felt
and swati was provided the opportunity to 'nip in the bud' the red rose flower that was tending to blossom in rahul's heart

Monsoon Memories

These are the last days of this summer, perhaps a good time to have some memories about monsoon.

Rain always came in the first week of june during my childhood days.It was like a song for me which I loved to hear more and more.
Day and night,it will continue as if it's never going to stop.I love recollecting the sound of those water drops falling from big trees to the plantain leaves when the rain stops for sometime in the night.I could precisely hear it,because there won't be any other sounds then.

I always loved to catch the Ice cubes falling with rain.We used to call it as a fruit. It is just an ice cube ,but we loved being in rain for that much time.

'sshhhhh' sound of rain is so mind blowing to hear and we were not bored of it even after hear it for 3 months continuously.

The only reason because of which I hate rain was that we always used to miss our PT session. We couldn't play because of rain. But that was when we were at the school. We had some restrictions. But in college I always loved to play football in rain.I don't know how to play it,but still running between the posts in the background of rain was very pleasing to mind and body.Every time when we try to kick we will fall down and so it's very funny too.

We have 2 or 3 rainy seasons, but monsoon is so special that it is not accompanied by lightning and thunder.Monsoon gives a feel of world with no osamas and prabhakarans compared to other rainy seasons.

Then I remember my days in monsoon with half wet newspapers and hot tea.I always used to read hot news in cool mornings.May be the mornings which I would never like to forget.

Our first semester exams were in the month of june and we had a concern as to whether we will be able to wake up and study because rain is a sweet song that aids in sleeping.Fortunately exams were at 2 pm

So looking back, Monsoons were so thrilling---those fruit,Music and some silly concerns.

My Nostalgia s

Human brain is on a developmental mode till the age of 15 or more(am not sure). We won't remember a major portion of the events that has happened in our life before that.I think it's because of that ,we cherish those events -which we can remember- as the most precious things in our life.

I remember only a handful of events in my childhood. But I really love recollecting those events on sleepless nights or at times when I badly need something to pass time and always at the end of it,I need half an hour more...:)

I studied in a Kindergarten in Delhi for one month and I don't know why I remember that cow in my way ,even now.
Then we came back to kerala.
When my mother cleaned water from my head using the towel,I always used to take that portion of towel in front of my face and wipe away the water on my face.I know this is a very small thing,in fact very small to be remembered, but believe me this was the first in my list when I decided to have a post on my Nostalgia s.

Then we used to play 'BUS'.We all will be buses and there will be a specific route for each person. We made the sound of engine and Horne. So there was only one vocal chord to produce these sounds for a BUS.So we always found it difficult to blow Horne, because engine will be off then.(:D)

We also played'Kanjiyum curryum'.(may be we can say 'Rice n curry'..:D)Its a simple game in which we will play a 'family'.Actually we were 4 people doing all these fun.We will form a mock family with a Father, mother and two children. So mother and daughter will prepare Rice and curry using sand and leaves by the time Father and son come back from office. It was real fun.

One day I used 'Kanmashi'-a sort of paste women use to darken their eye brows-to darken my eye brows when no one was there. This was when I was 5 or 6.Unexpectedly a neighbor came and I jumped out of the house in search of the nearest water source.I could have got water from my home, but I ran away because she had already seen me.
Unfortunately nearest water source was a bit far away..:(.
All were in search of me and my mother found me there after one hour or something.

And rest is anybody's guess. At first,My neighbor made me run to that place without a stick and finally My mother made me run from there to home with a stick and of course using that stick all over my body...:D

Speaking from heaven...

Read this as a post written by a person who was raped and dead who loved her father more than anything else in this world. Father is only next to god for her and she is comparing her fortune of having a good father with some notorious fathers in the recent time.(People like Fritzl who became the father of 7 daughters of his daughter and a mumbaikar who was raping his daughter for 9 years).

“My father was everything for me. If he was in our home I feared nothing and I felt I am the safest person in this world. He loved me as everything and protected me as everything. But even that was not enough to save me from that terrible incident which took everything away from me including my life. After that cruel rape, I was dead. My father couldn’t bear with that for he loved me so much and I was the only person on the earth about whom he could tell “yeah, she is my daughter” of course with some tears in her eyes for his lost wife. I can’t even guess the reaction he had when he heard about that, in fact about the intensity of that. But I know what he had done. He didn’t even wait for 24 hours to finish the person responsible for my death. Now he is sentenced for life time imprisonment. I am speaking to my father everyday even without letting him know because even our heartbeats were in synchronization when we lived happily together. I know my father’s heart is beating only for me in that prison.
Yesterday when we were speaking, he told me about a new person in his cell. The new comer has a daughter of my age and the reason for him being punished was something which my father would not even like to speak about. He was raping his daughter for 9 years!!!!.What a sharp contrast? Two people in the same cell for two reasons which are the two extremes. One is about which every daughter will be proud of and other is about which every daughter is ashamed of. I wish I could live a bit more as the daughter of my great father. That pervert’s daughter might be thinking of suicide every time she sees her father. Then again the contrast comes into picture between us too.
My lovely father was there to take vengeance for me .I really feel pity for that girl because the culprit is her father himself.
I felt the warmth of kiss, my father gave me when I was born, all through my life. Now I remember the great times we had together-my birthdays, journeys, Ice cream parlours, shoppings-and I imagined hers. She might have watched his father with fear only.
If she fears her father, she has to fear anything and everything in this society.
But My father made me the most fearless person in this world……..I really love my father!!!!”

memories.........wow!!!! so sweet, but painful...

“Here goes the straight road which am traveling for sometime now sharing my sorrows and happiness with the people who are with me now and they joined me on the previous bent.oh god! did I forget the people who were with me before that. Bent was inevitable but, I felt it came so suddenly than expected and after a moment of blindness I reached this road and I could see none of my previous friends….infact I was with a bunch of new people….I wish myself to be in the previous road with my favorite people...All have taken diversions. we were all glued together by our friendship..right?Then what made you all to break apart? struggle to keep your life secure,ha?yes..that is the correct answer .infact that’s the same reason which prompted me to take the diversion….the only thing we can hope is for our diversions to meet at some time, some place. That day will be very special, infact as special as the fact that we are friends..
“The real pain is not on the separation of our dear ones, but afterwards when we live with their memories and the realization that a rewind is beyond impossible.”
I remember an SMS like this which I forwarded to all without even reading, leave alone understanding.
Just a few minutes ago I was going through the old SMS’s and now I understand it completely which prompted me to write this post.

Some of the SMS’s that was in my phone which is……………Honestly I don’t know how to express myself to fill in the blanks above

oh meri pyari mumbai!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mumbai is very nice and am enjoying every bit of it.We reached here on February 10 and reported at THANE OFFICE.On that day itself and we got the domain and we were allocated to different offices.my domain is life science and health care and office was at jogeshwari and was 2 hours journey from Thane and I was the only person from kerala to that office.
But I am very happy now because I got some good friends. For the first week nothing special was happening and slowly we started meeting Group leaders and project leaders.
In Mumbai we went to Juhu beach,India gate, fashion street, parel etc.we also went for a movie.oops!!a ticket costs 150!!we saw ghajini. Here roads are very wide and smooth.Buses are very good and cheap.
We got a nice flat.we are staying at a nice place and there is a school beside our flat.Food is also good here but expensive. So we started cooking and am learning cooking with these guys.
So far so good…………life rolls on…….but memories come too often about college life and I feel too unfortunate to miss all those things………..thats it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Democracy is too old to be suceeded by his son?

Is Democracy a success? How many can say a definite yes?or we can make it bear fruit by some 'eccentric modification'.
During a bus journey I thought about a modification,of course eccentric.
I compared our country to a Bus with Finance minister as conductor,Prime minister as Driver and cleaner as defense minister.
Prime minister is obviously the Driver.Finance minister is conductor because he collects revenue by tax and Defense minister wont allow unsolicited Intruders.

But in a Bus nothing leaks through conductor and all money reaches the owner.owner distributes the money.

That upper level is missing in our current system and we have only drivers and conductors and no one to ask where the collected money has gone.

I suggest some autocratic person above our elected representatives.

Or an Autocratic Group to make the representatives move in correct path when they are not doing so.

Group can consist of a Business leader(company which makes the maximum profit in that year),Retired Chief Justice,an Environmentalist etc.

This group should be able to control the representatives autocratically.

Democracy can be sustained by giving people the power to choose the representatives.

So When the Bus owner comes into picture,Can it produce result?...

Work harder...Earn lesser...Indian salary formula

Every body has a story to tell. Even the security person of our apartment. When we first came here he was just asking us about our package and when we told him the exact amount, which took him to his past. He blamed himself for not completing his study .Then he said he couldn’t understand anything because teacher was speaking in English.
Are we getting salary according to our Educational Qualification? Is not that the reason why no productivity is happening here? We simply work on something from the foreign countries? We cannot build anything on our own. After Education, its all over for us. My friends here too, when they see me studying, are asking “Now that we got job and getting salary, why are you working hard?”I don’t know how to answer. We can’t blame anyone for this but the system that makes us believe a degree or PG is more than enough for the success of a person.
We should look beyond that because we are able. Indians are very good intellectually and our space technology is more than enough to prove that. We should inculcate in every person, a feeling and an urge to work from his school days itself.
Another side, Lower primary teacher is getting only 1/5th of the salary of a college lecturer. In college lecturers may not even come to class, but primary school teacher has to work really hard to make students understand.
Simply hiking the salary is not good, but we should be more focused on pooling the talent in that section.(People who are good at shaping students right at the start of their life). More than just teaching to write and read, he should inject confidence and self belief. He should make students understand about themselves that will help him to choose his career in future.
Bottom line is that we have talents, but they are scattered. So a restructuring is necessary starting from a new base. So our Primary Education system needs a Repair work, in fact a Rebuilding.

Orissa....nice but food???

We went on a tour this week. we were 23 people including some Tamilnadu,Andhra people in addition to malayalees.we started at 4 ‘o clock in the morning and we went to a beach to see the sun rise. we reached there at 6 am and waited for another 30 minutes for the sun to come. That was really a beautiful scene watching from the sea shore.
Then we went to the famous konark sun temple. That was more than a piece of art. It is not a temple and it is not a worship place. A king was on his mission to make it a complete worship place but failed to complete it because of some war. Despite that it is a place to have a look and its more than good than many other completed structures.
Chilka Lake was the next destination. In social studies classes I had studied it is the biggest fresh water lake in India. We had boating there for 3 hours and it was a very nice experience. We saw many dolphins over there and people who drove the boat made some special sound to make it appear. We saw dark and grey dolphins.
In between we reached an island and that was the place where the lake and Bay of Bengal met. We saw the dead remains of some tortoise and lot of living and moving crabs.
After that we came back and had our lunch at 5 pm!!!!.That was a lunch I would like to forget. I had told many people that food is not that bad in Orissa. But I saw the real Orissa there. Fish smell all over and they served all curries with the same spoon!!!!May be because of TCS,we are getting an at least OK food where we live.
Then we went to Puri jagannath temple. It’s really a huge temple and a place worth watching. Nice works all over and beared some resemblance to konark temple except for the fact that it was really huge.
Leather belt, purse, mobile phone and chapels were not allowed inside.
Then we went back and reached our place by 12 am and woke up next day at 11.30 am and it was really a tiring day and slept almost the whole day.
